After police searched his home and seized all of his computers, the client was charged with several Second Degree Felony charges of Pandering Sexually Oriented Material Involving a Minor.  Through a lengthy Discovery process we were able to get enough mitigating factors to overcome the presumption of prison and client was sentenced to Probation with no fine and no court costs imposed.  Thanks to our efforts, the client will not spend one day in jail for this offense.
