DISMISSED - DISORDERLY CONDUCT
After finishing a long shift at work, a young lady went to a popular local bar to meet friends and have a drink. While there some other patrons were harassing a homeless man outside the bar. The young lady confronted the other patrons as police officers drove by. Only seeing the young lady's response to the bad behavior of the patrons, officers determined that they believed her to be intoxicated and charged her with Disorderly Conduct and transported her to the county jail to “sober up.” Client hired Blosser Law Office.
After reviewing body camera video from the officers and the jail, Blosser Law Office was able to demonstrate that the young lady was not, in fact, intoxicated and never should have been charged. The matter was dismissed and Blosser Law Office is not working on expunging that arrest.
