New Changes for Ohio Expungement take effect on April 12, 2021

The Ohio Expungement law allows for certain individuals to expunge or seal their misdemeanor and/or felony convictions.  Though not every misdemeanor and felony conviction qualifies to be expunged or sealed.

However, changes to the Ohio Expungement Law take effect on April 12, 2021 and many people with qualifying Fourth and Fifth Degree Felony convictions may find themselves eligible earlier than anticipated.

Having a criminal conviction can keep you from getting a good job, a home and it can affect your ability to provide for yourself and your family.
